An Oklahoma City man is in custody he allegedly shot and killed his roommate last weekend and then buried the man's body behind their shared Oklahoma City home. Department sources say Juan Lopez-Aldana was arrested after officers acting on a tip found the as-yet-unidentified victim's body in the backyard of the residence near Southeast 59th and Bryant Avenue on Tuesday. He was subsequently booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a first-degree murder charge. A court date is pending.
