A man is under arrest following a double murder in Tulsa. Police were called to a mobile home park near Admiral and 121st East Avenue on Saturday and found Luis Garcia and Jose Garcia Reyes shot to death inside a pickup truck. Authorities say 23-year-old Elwyn Lopez allegedly opened fire at the truck during an altercation, killing both men. Lopez was booked on two counts of first-degree murder.
