A man convicted of throwing a Molotov cocktail into a Tulsa donut shop more than a year ago will spend five years in prison. Local officials say 25-year-old Coby Green was hit with the sentenced this week in a Tulsa courtroom. Prosecutors reportedly used surveillance video from the scene to tie Green to the pre-dawn, October 31st, 2022 incident during which no one was hurt. Prosecutors had alleged that Green's actions were prompted by the restaurant's posting of LGBTQ-plus-themed slogans. Court officials say Green will also face three years of supervised release after he completes his prison sentence.
