The BTK serial killer is providing clues in an Oklahoma missing persons case. Officials say Dennis Rader provided them a tip that led them to dig on his former property in Park City, Kansas, this week and recover buried items. Rader is considered a suspect in the disappearance of 16-year-old Cynthia Kinney, who was last seen in Pawhuska in 1976. He is serving 10 life sentences for a series of murders.
