Arrest Made In Shooting Near Oklahoma City High School

A suspect is in custody for the shooting that injured a teenager near a high school in Oklahoma City yesterday. Twenty-year-old Jacob Alvarado is accused of firing shots at a group of students after a fight in front of a convenience store about a block away from Capitol Hill High School. A 16-year-old was shot in the leg, but is expected to be ok. Alvarado is charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
