A Tulsa man is pleading guilty to shooting and killing a teenage boy. Prosecutors say Christian Harrison and the 13-year-old victim's older brother got into an argument at the Parkview Terrace Apartments on December 22nd, 2021. The victim's brother left and then came back with the victim and another teen, and Harrison opened fire and struck the victim three times. Harrison, who was arrested six days later in Locust Grove, has pleaded guilty in federal court to second-degree murder.
